Bridge Suite

Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-07. These terms apply to Bridge Suite: suite.briiidge.dev, the tool subdomains (such as designs.briiidge.dev and pages.briiidge.dev) and games.briiidge.dev, together "the Service".

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Thom Easix, trading as Bridge Suite, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. A free beta

  1. The Service is a free beta. It is still being built: features may change, break or disappear, and we may reset or move parts of it.
  2. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no guarantee that it is available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that results are correct or fit for your purpose, or that your data is kept.
  3. We make daily back-ups of the databases, but we do not guarantee that data can be restored. Make your own back-ups: you can download all your data at any time in Settings › Account › Export my data. Keep copies of anything that matters to you.

3. Your account

  1. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  2. Choose a strong password and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
  3. The details you give us must be correct. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the account involved (see section 9). Report abuse via the report option in Talk or by email.

5. Your content

  1. Your content remains yours. "Content" means everything you create, upload or send: projects, files, messages, recordings and prompts.
  2. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, display and transmit your content, only to provide the Service to you and to the people you choose to share it with (for example a shared project or a Talk conversation), including back-ups. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for back-ups until they expire (at most 14 days) and messages you already sent to others (see the Privacy Policy).
  3. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not break section 4.

6. Your own API keys (BYOK)

  1. Some features (AI chat, images, 3D models, voices, transcription) only work with your own API key from a third party, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meshy, Replicate, ElevenLabs or Deepgram.
  2. That key belongs to your own agreement with that provider. You are responsible for the costs and for how you use it, and you must follow that provider's terms and usage policies. We are not a party to that agreement.
  3. When you use such a feature, we send your request and the content it needs directly to that provider, on your instruction and with your key. The provider then handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
  4. We store your keys encrypted and never show them again in full. Remove a key in Settings when you no longer want to use it, and revoke it at the provider if you think it has leaked.

7. AI output

AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, biased or similar to existing work. We give no guarantee about AI output. Check it yourself before you use, publish or rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety matters. You are responsible for what you do with it.

8. Liability

  1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service. This includes in particular: loss or corruption of data, interruptions or downtime, security incidents caused by third parties (such as hackers), errors in AI output, costs at third-party providers (section 6), and indirect or consequential damage such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost time.
  2. If we are liable nevertheless, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event. Because the beta is free, that amount is €0. If that limitation does not hold, our liability is in any case limited to €100 in total.
  3. These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or death or personal injury. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep the rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
  4. You must report any damage to us in writing as soon as possible, and in any case within 12 months after you discovered it.

9. Suspension, deletion and changes to the Service

  1. We may suspend or delete an account, or remove content, if you break these terms or the law, if that is needed to protect the Service or other users, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we tell you first and give you the opportunity to download your data.
  2. We may change the Service, or stop it entirely. If we stop the Service, we will try to tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can export your data.
  3. You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings › Account › Delete account.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims from third parties (including the costs of reasonable legal assistance) that result from your content or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law. If you are a consumer, this only applies to the extent that you can be blamed for it.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at our hosting or network providers, power cuts, attacks, or government measures.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version and its date are always at the top of this page. If the change matters to you, we ask for your agreement again the next time you log in; until then you cannot continue using the Service. If you do not agree, you can export your data and delete your account.

13. Applicable law and disputes

  1. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
  2. Please contact us first; we will try to resolve it together.
  3. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
  4. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may also go to the court there. EU consumers can also use the EU's online dispute resolution information at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Other provisions

  1. If a provision turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to it.
  2. The Privacy Policy and the cookie and storage notice are part of these terms.
  3. The English version is the original. A Dutch translation is available; if they differ, the English version applies, unless you are a consumer and the Dutch version is more favourable to you.
